Q: How do you open the pump? I've twisted both ways, pulled on it, still not working. Thank you.

Actually, don't hold the silver part, hold the black part and turn the pump part while pulling up, you will get it eventually. Not easy to figure out.

Q: Review Why is the shampoo so watery? And for some reason my hair seems a lot drier than normal… why would this be happening?

Everything is made differently. No two things are made the same. I do half the conditioner that I use of soap and thurally scrub it in to my ends and let it set until I'm ready to wash it out then flip the almost three extra feet of hair I have on top of my head and let it deep and soak on to my scalp while giving a light wash out. I do not wash out all the conditioner. And eer once in a while I just wash with soap.
