just what I hoped it would be. It's comfortable, heats well and is the right size for me. Very happy with purchase.

As soon as I received it I had to use it. It felt really great on my back. Sitting and leaning on it it was hot. If more pressure was put on it as in almost laying down, the heat was not as strong. The directions state not to lay down on it. So that good. I felt better after using it for about half hour. I also like the velcro and elastic band. Although make sure you're attaching the correct parts to each other. I didn't at first😊. I'm glad this heating pad works, unlike the other one ( by another company) that I just returned. They are both made in China. I hope this pad will give me lots comfort and pain relief.

We've purchased this several times now over the past couple of years. Only one of them has broken and had to be replaced. It functions pretty well overall and you can tell a difference between each heat setting. I use the highest setting and it's a decent amount of heat. The best function is the auto shut off. I can't recall exactly how long it is but it will shut off and notify you with blinking red light that you basically left it on. We've never had it not shut off, but try to be diligent to turn it off before leaving. It's also got a strap to help you wrap basically any body part. Decent plug in heating pad that gives a variety of heat options. Mild durability issues with one of the ones we had.

I bought this heating pad wrap about a year ago, along with 2 Sunbeam cordless ones for when I travel. This one is soft and very comfortable. Both types are very good but comparing the two, the cordless ones heat up much better than this one. I guess this one could be defective because it is not as effective as the cordless ones. I would have tried to exchange this one, but this is the first time I opened it. The exchange window is over. I can get it to go a bit warm, but not as warm as I feel I need. Not nearly as warm as the other 2. Maybe this is normal????

I have Parkinson's Disease and one problem I have is a weak lower back. If I twist my body too quickly or in an awkward way, I end up hurting my lower back. It's an old injury I've had since my 20's, but with PD, it can flare up very easily. This pad has a soft fabric, a nice gray color, and is very comfortable. It includes an extension piece so you can add on to the wrap-around belt, fitting it to your exact waist size. It conforms nicely to my back. I am impressed with Sunbeam heating pads--they are excellent quality and reliable. They have designed heating pads a whole new way--gone are the simple rectangles with covers that always manage to come off, or pads that tend to crumple and stay that way until you use them again. These pads retain their shape and don't crumple up. They are much safer, since there's an automatic shut-off. They are designed for certain parts of the body, so they can be fitted and hit the area where heat is needed. I am thankful that Amazon delivered this so quickly during the COVID-19 Pandemic. I was counting the days when it would arrive and fortunately I didn't have long to wait!

I love this heated back wrap! It’s super user-friendly and exactly what I need for my back aches. The heat feels amazing and really helps ease the tension and soreness in my lower back. It’s easy to use, comfortable to wear, and works like a charm. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for soothing back pain relief.

We live in difficult times, and they are particularly difficult for people with chronic pain. My elderly Mom has a VERY bad back, but she voluntarily stopped taking steroids, because her age and general health puts her at high risk for death from COVID-19. Suppressing her immune system further with steroids is just too dangerous right now - and of course, doctors refused to give her anything that would actually touch her severe pain, besides a prescription NSAID that didn't really help, and her digestive system couldn't tolerate in the first place, after so many years of NSAID use. I immediately ordered the Sunbeam Heating Pad Back Wrap for her. I could tell she didn't think it would do anything, and would never buy one for herself. Well, she has thanked me for it every time she's talked to me, since. She even periodically texts me, specifically to tell me, yet again, what a lifesaver it is. Obviously, it's not a magic bullet, but this has been a a TREMENDOUS help for her in relieving pain and stiffness in her back. She loves that it is shaped perfectly for that area of the body, and finds it comfortable and convenient to use. Without it, she would have extremely poor quality of life, at a time when this pandemic already makes life particularly challenging. I will probably pick one up for myself at some point. I already have the Sunbeam heating pad for neck and shoulder pain, and it's WONDERFUL. I truly cannot say enough good things about Sunbeam heating pads.
