Product was just what the doctor wanted me to use but the backing was hard to get off but it sticks great .

I use this to cut custom pads for the bottoms of my ruined feet. As others have indicated the adhesive backing is a pain to remove, but once you get it off it sticks and stays stuck where you put it. I cut an 'x' in the adhesive backing with a razor blade then work the paper backing off from the center of the x. This helps with getting the adhesive backing removed.

went to medical supply store and theirs was thick and unable to work with. This is a great product

I have the opposite of over pronation of my feet. It’s called supination and I walk on the out side of my feet causing the heels and soles to wear on the outside. I cut these pads into narrow strips to place on the bottom of my shoe insoles to help correct the supination. I put one strip on the outside edge of each insole. They work well and help with foot pain. I would give them a 5 star rating if it was easier to remove the cover tape to expose the adhesive. The cover layer sticks so tightly and tears easily making it very difficult to remove. I can’t do it at all. My wife has longer fingernails and can separate the layers but even she has difficulty. The strips adhere very well to my insoles and do not come loose. After a few weeks if they are compressed too much or dirty I peel them off and replace.

If you actually get the product thats pictured in the listing, it's great. Thick and durable. I have to use this stuff daily.Unfortunately this is the third or forth order now where they sent an alternate product that's garbage and requires at least twice as many layers to get the padding I need. The correct product requires 2 or 3 layers. The crap I got again takes 6 or more because of how much it compresses. Get me the right product and I'll revise my review.

The adhesive is almost excessively sticky, and I can use these pads for just 1 day before theyŕe crushed down. I put them on my foot, and remove the excess adhesive with rubbing alcohol after removing them.To remove the paper, grasp the pad and curl it up to separate a bit from the paper to get your fingernail between the two. You won't be able to remove by trying to peel the paper off the pad.I counted the pads I cut out of this roll, and it comes to about 38 cents for each pad, FYI.

Price seemed reasonable. Works for what he needs to cut to fit with his orthotic.

The product performs very well. Possible consideration, backing seems difficult to peel off maybe a split backing or a little over run on the side to be able to grab the backing.
