So... I wanted to give my review after some time of using the product as I feel that is when a true observation can be made. I have wanted to use The Ordinary products for a long while now and always put it off... I only wish I had started sooner! These products are phenomenal, nothing ‘ordinary‘ about them. I have oily skin that suffers from hyperpigmentation and use Niacinamide in the AM and paired this with Alpha Arbutin in the PM using the Lactic Acid only 2-3 times per week in the PM as it’s much stronger. My skin is glowing, literally glowing. This is the best skin I’ve had in years. I have had no new painful cystic breakouts and scarring is seriously visibly reduced. However, DO NOT buy this product without first researching all of The Ordinary’s line and find which ones work best for you and your skin. Every product is unique and this only works best if you find the solution that your skin will benefit from most!! Lots of negative reviews about packaging quality, but mine arrived in pristine condition and I have checked authenticity - these are 100% REAL. Also saw some reviews about a weird smell? I notice no smell with any of these products, it is a lot thinner in consistency than the others I use however so I find I need more for good coverage. Only negative is that these products are considerably more expensive on Amazon than other big cosmetic retailers but hey, with next day, reliable Prime delivery I considered it worth the extra ££!!!

Great, thin serum that gives nice glowing appearance to the skin when combined with the right other skincare. Not too drying/harsh on my sensitive skin and not at all sticky.

Ottimo prodotto. Ho iniziato ad usarlo con cautela, lasciandolo in posa pochi minuti per volta ma devo dire che da subito ho notato la differenza, viso più luminoso, le macchie sono decisamente schiarite, grana della pelle più compatta. Appena avverto che il pizzicore aumenta sciacquo il viso e applico qualche goccia del siero all'acido ialuronico e poi la crema idratante. La mattina uso un filtro solare 50+, appena inizierà la primavera interrompero' l'uso dell'acido per evitare fotosensibilizzazione della pelle del viso.
