I do a lot of fasting, sometimes up to 10 days at a time. I have been using electrolytes in water for years, but I've always felt quite bad no matter how much or little I consumed. So I did some extensive searching to figure out the best ratios, which eventually lead me to purchase this product as it has a more even sodium to potassium distribution.Since then my mood and overall energy has improved significantly. Most other electrolyte powders have too much sodium compared to the potassium, and I've found this can cause me to become dehydrated rather than rehydrated. This powder not only makes me feel perfectly normal while fasting, it actually eradicates my hunger entirely.Furthermore, this tastes so much better than the other powders I've tried.All the other powders I have tried have a grittiness to them that floats around. I've noticed that with this powder the grains tend to eventually dissolve and stick to the side of my water bottle. I'm assuming that this is just some kind of anticaking agent. It's pretty easy to clean off anyway, and the product stills seems to do the job.The only thing missing from this blend is some form of phosphorus, which helps prevent refeeding syndrome when breaking an extended fast. Vitamin B6 covers this, though.

Great product which has sorted me out in many aspects of training to keep me going and keep cramps at bay. Brilliant price and lasts for ages.

Quite good and cost effective but doesn’t dissolve completely so it’s a bit grainy.All in all, this is a good quality electrolyte powder with the right combination of minerals. The plain flavour is not overly-salty when mixed up properly, either.It’s inexpensive for the number of servings you get, which makes it great as a daily-dose electrolyte. That being said, the one drawback is that it doesn’t fully dissolve when mixed at the correct dosage so I frequently get a grainy/gritty texture when drinking it, which isn’t particularly pleasant, but it isn’t a deal breaker.The included serving spoon is handy.

I got it when I started the Carnivore diet. It’s made a huge difference with the cramps and fatigue I was getting at first.I’m 80% carnivore now but even when I’m off it I’ll drink a glass with electrolytes first thing in the morning. It keeps me hydrated and I can feel the difference throughout the dayIt’s also been a life saver when I got sick and dehydrated while on holidays abroad.For the price there is a huge quantity, I’m still on my first one but will reorder when I run outThe taste is ok, quite saltier than I expected (this is my first electrolytes) but I like that there is no artificial stuff in it. The price is OK, however the powder only fill up the half bottle. Such a waste of size. They should have made the bottle smaller or put more powder in it.The ingredients are good. No additional junk, so it is healthy, however the taste is not good. Bit salty. Not surprised, it contains salt and our body needs it. It is a bit misleading to advertised this flavourless.If you mix this powder with something it can take away the bad taste. I have mixed it with water, lime and a little bit of Xylitol. Much better result.Do not buy any flavoured electrolyte powder because they contains not healthy ingredients.I still recommend this product, but it needs to be mixed with something. On its on, it is undrinkable.

I been using this electrolyte complex for months now and its great! I add 2 scoops into my water everyday, just be careful with amounts to not make your water too salty, but when you find right ratio that you like it's very good. I like that their main focus is Sodium and Potassium so you know right away they know what they doing, as a lot of other electrolyte products focus too much on magnesium and calcium, but this blend focuses mostly like i said on sodium and potassium which is what you want from electrolyte!
