Hallmark Christmas Ornaments

Rather simplified model but pretty. Typically these aircraft were not painted but polished aluminum, and certainly not gold colored. Maybe red or white if painted at all. But I collect the series, so.....

Good quality product and subject selection. The first ornament that was sent was lost by carrier but company stepped in and shipped a new product by expedited shipping. Good to know that there are still businesses who care about their customers. Thank you!

There was a time...The late 20st o the late '30s...When air race pilots were huge celebrities, as well known arbitrage ballplayers.The Wedell Williams racer was among the most famous racers of its day. Now outbound Hallmzrk's impressive line of racing planes as part of their Christmas ornament series.If you're lucky enough to have The entire series (as we do), you'll have a veritable "who's who" of racing royalty.The ornament is nicely detailed, in common with the rest of the series.I do wish Hallmark would do more vintage private types...like the few already done.How about a chrome finish '47 Bonanza, Cessna 180, Aero Commander light twin (it was so nice it was used as an Air Force One for President Eisenhower's trip to Gettysburg...in the days before White House helicopters), or one of my fsvorites, a pre-war Cessna T-50 twin, a popular private type postwar when surplus wartime trainers were sold.

Have been collecting these Hallmark aviation ornaments since they started creating them. They are well crafted, very authentic in appearance, and fun on my airplane wreath / tree.

I have been buying the collection for my husband for 20 years. It will be a nice keepsake to hand down to our grandson.

Got this for my daughter's family . Her husband is in the National Guard and love airplanes, especially my 2 year old granddaughter! She loved it.

Hallmark did a beautiful job recreating the classic planes of the past. A great collection.

Have been buying holiday planes for a long time, but they seem to not be as good as they used to be. They need better designs. This of course is not a seller issue and that part of it was great, no issues.
