I have a rotator cuff problem. being i'm a parapligic, i've worn out both my cuffs but my left side is always painful. i hope this can help.

My husband says they really help his shoulder but are difficult to put on and take off.

My 2xl shirt sleeves only expand to 13". i can't get my arm in the sleeve. is this a defect or do you just have to have toothpick biceps?

See if you could exchange it for the sleeveless. The shirt sleeves are restricted to a certain size. Contact them, they should take care of it.

What part or parts of your body do you need to measure to buy the correct size of this shirt, for yourself ?

My chest measures 43" so i got the large. However it was so tight on my biceps I had to exchange for a XL. I lift weights 3 times a week so my biceps are probably larger than most. But they aren't huge though. The shirt is super tight. It was so tight around my arms though it felt like it was cutting off circulation. You can definitely size up and be fine. They are that tight to begin with.
