Great whisky, fantastic value
I've recently started buying sherry cask whisky, and this one is by far the best. Before tasting you get the aroma of the sherry cask with a little smokiness. The taste is very rich and smooth and has a sherry after taste. A perfect after dinner whisky

Great bourbon alternative
We were looking for an alternative to bourbon for Boulevardiers and this works perfectly and is much cheaper. I actually prefer it. You need a bit of sweetness and strength to balance the bitter/vermouth in that drink and this has that. Doubt I will go back to bourbon.

A great wee dram
Oh me, what a wonderful warming glow you get, from your first sip, to the last with this whisky! It's slightly darker than normal, this being down to the sherry casks used. With the sherry casks used just gives you a hint of slight sweetness, not too overpowering, but for me just the right amount for your enjoyment of such a quality product.
