Ball is exactly as described. Soft to the touch but heavy. A great size/weight for my sensory seeker to roll and push!

Defective material used. This ball was set down on an expensive Henredon table, and in less than half a day, something in the rubber covering removed the finish on the table. A refund will not cover what the repair to the finish will cost...don't buy it. I gave it four stars so you would see this and not buy it.

OK, so this is a workout ball. It works and it is four pounds. So in that regard, all good. Issues: I placed it on our wooden coffee table. The ball's material ate through the finish - varnish and stain. Likely because the ball is a petroleum-based plastic. I've washed the ball with detergent, but I haven't yet experimented to see if it still ruins a wood surface. So, with that warning, it is useful for work-outs, wish I had known before hand, so hope this helps you.

After an injury and long recovery, I gained a lot of weight. In the exercise routine I’m following, this is needed for some of the exercises. I started playing and using it as soon as I received it. I love it! I think I’ll keep it in the living room to use on commercial breaks as well. I don’t remember being this excited about other exercise equipment. I’ve only used my resistance bands once.

I do an exercise where I pass the weight from hand to hand. It's hard to do that with dumbells, so these work well. They also work as well as dumbells for other exercises.
