Fast, Efficient, and Part of My Daily Wellness Routine
I recently picked up the Vinci Hands-Free Electric Juicer, and it’s been a game-changer. It arrived on time, worked right out of the box, and was incredibly easy to set up. I use it every morning for my lemon water. It’s fast, efficient, and saves me the hassle of manual squeezing. Cleanup is simple, and since it’s dishwasher safe, I don’t have to think twice. It works best with larger lemons, which are perfect for my routine. This juicer fits seamlessly into my day and makes sticking to my wellness habits feel effortless.

Awesome juicer tht should be in every home
This juicer is wellworth the extra money. It works extremely well, the juice quality is better than any other juicer, especially the handheld ones from Cuisinart. The size is larger than I want, but the weight is light, and the noise level is acceptable. The best feature is the easewith which one places an orange insde and presto, at the touch of a button, the orange half is squeezed with no effort on my part. Saves the hands and the mess. I regret waiting this long to invest in this juicer.

It looked smaller in the pics but it’s very nice.
Love this jucer! Easy to use and easy to clean!

Easy to use and easy to clean
Very easy to use. Easy to clean and seems to get the most juice with just pushing a button. I look at different types some that you did a lot of work by hand to this one that is completely automated. I am very happy with this machine and would highly recommend

Easy to use and clean, seems to labor a bit with large grapefruits
Cleaning and set up is very easy. So far I have juiced a dozen limes and one large 4.5" diameter grapefruit which is the largest you are supposed to use. (Most grapefruits I usually buy are quite a bit smaller than these large monsters!) The limes processed easily and quickly, juicer handled fine. I tested this juicer against my clam shell hand press, and both gave EXACTLY the same amount of juice! Much easier and less hand strain with the Vinci Juicer. For a dozen limes juicer is the way to go. For one or two limes I would use the manual hand press. The juicer did a great job with the grapefruit, but some force was required to close and latch lid. Juicer also sounded like it was working hard but did run the cycle quickly. The Vinci was very efficient in reaming ALL pulp out of the grapefruit, and produced six ounces of juice from one fruit. I think I will try pushing grapefruit a bit further onto juicer hub next time, should make lid easier to latch, might cut strain on juicer a bit. One nit pick about disassasembly: if you rotate bowl past the unlock symbol it will not lift off of motor. There is no stop detent to make bowl easy to remove, you must visually align marks. Annoying at first, but not an issue now I know. Juicer is fast, efficient, and doesn't seem to clog easily using the finer strainer. Bottom line is juicer worked great but I'm not certain how long it will last if many large grapefruits are processed. I suspect it would work fine with the normal size fruits I find at Publix and Walmart.

fantastic purchase
I purchased this for our 94 year old Mother. She has orange trees, lemon trees and grapefruit tree. This machine is so very easy to use. It handles every size citrus fruit. She is absolutely thrilled to own a Vinci. It is high quality, juice volume is great. It has a lot of power

Unique
Quite unique design and function compared to anything else on the market. Not too large, easy to disassemble and clean. Juicing is easy and fun. Unlike most similar citrus juicers, it has a container that collects juice, and not just a spout (see other major popular brands). All of this packed in a fairly compact size that fits on the countertop underneath the kitchen cabinets. But probably the coolest feature that makes it unique is automated juicing. All you have to do is insert a citrus half and let the juicer do its job. After a while you'll get so used to it, that it'll be hard to go back to any of the conventional citrus juicer designs. And for those wondering if the parts are dishwasher safe, here's a hint - unless you're juicing bacon, you won't need a dishwasher for this. Just rinse it after use and it'll be fine. Flaws? Not many. Despite what I will describe below, I'd still buy this product again some day or give it as a gift (and a very cool one, for sure). 1. In the beginning, I found it a bit awkward to reattach the hinge to the hinge release slot after cleaning, but with some practice it's not that hard now. Maybe the design can be perfected in the future? 2. Oranges and lemons, both small and large are fine. Even large grapefruits are fine. The juicing cone is well designed and sufficiently large, however, it seems that the lid is suffering a bit with larger fruit, which brings us to the next issue... 3. Plastic is obviously prone to breaking. After less than two months top of the holding cone (a detachable inner part of the lid) broke, despite very careful daily use. I suspect this happened because the cone is not quite ideal for large grapefruits. But, no worries. Customer service is outstanding and will promptly address the issue and ship you a replacement part. Having said that, here's a suggestion to the designer/manufacturer if you're reading these reviews. I wouldn't mind paying a bit extra for this juicer if it would have some of the sensitive parts made of metal. It would definitely extend its life span. How much more expensive it could get?

UPDATE: MAKE SURE TO READ! SAVE YOUR MONEY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
UPDATE: I didn’t think the customer service could get work, but it did, exponentially. The day after my original review (below) was posted I received an message from the seller/manufacturer through Amazon offering me a full refund for the juicer. I responded right away and accepted the offer. AFTER I accepted the offered refund I received a direct email, on my personal email account, from the manufacturer on our email thread from six weeks prior. The very same thread where they had simply stopped responding to me. From the very same person who’d stopped responding to me. At this time they offered to replace the unit. I responded saying I’d already accepted the offered refund, and asked if they were offering the replacement in addition to the refund. The response absolutely floored me. They RETRACTED their refund offer. To say I was shocked is an understatement. I asked why they offered a refund if they didn’t plan to actually issue it, but I never received an answer to that question. Instead they simply repeated that that would replace the unit. In addition, the person “apologized” for my earlier interaction with them by way of saying, “ I also want to apologize for the previous emails and if you felt I was not being helpful.” No, “I’m sorry for ignoring you for six weeks,” or “Sorry for repeating the same statement over and over, or “Sorry for my actions that resulted in…” Only, “I’m sorry if you FELT…” Let me be clear, I DESPISE that type of apology. It’s a non apology made with the intent to shut someone up without taking accountability. I responded saying as much. At this point, a supervisor entered the thread and took over. Once again, my question of why a refund was offered if there was no intent to actually issue one was completely ignored. Instead the conversation was steered back to the replacement. I’d previously indicated I was disabled, and currently remained quarantined due to my health and extreme risk for COVID. Because of this it was impossible for me to drop off the old juicer they wanted back. I told them it would need to be picked up. The supervisor agreed and I said when I’d obtained a box sufficient to fit the juicer I’d let her know. I’d did so exactly one week later. The juicer has been boxes and ready for three days now. Three days that the supervisor, or anyone else for the matter, has not bothered to respond to me…again. So just like the last time they’ve simple decided they were down speaking with me. So the accepted offer for a refund never materialized. The accepted offer of a replacement never materialized. And once again, a response to my email never materialized. All I can say is wow, just wow. This company isn’t worthy of anyone spending their hard earned money with. You’d be better off burning it, literally. At least then you could keep your hands warm for the fire for a few minutes. Before I said to run, not walk, away from this item. Now? Get in your car and drive pedal to the metal away from it. Don’t look back. Just floor it. Original review: I'd had this juicer for about 8 months when it suddenly stopped juicing just before the holidays. When it worked it worked great, but when it stopped it simply stopped. The juicer was going through all the motions of working properly, but the lemon halves were coming out barely juiced at all. I did all the trouble shooting I could do on my own before calling the company who makes it. There's not really much you can do when to juice a lemon you only have to put half in, close the lid, and push the button. When I called I was sure the company would help one way or another. The unit is less than a year old, so if trouble shooting didn't work, then I assumed they'd simply replace it. Boy was I WRONG. The lady I spoke with was rude from the start. She acted like it was an inconvenience to even be talking to me. I explained in a clear and concise manner what the issue was. Again, lemon goes in, lid closes, button is pushed, then lemon gets juiced. This isn't a complicated appliance. Yet I had to repeat myself multiple times before she seemed to understand the problem. She then acted as if it was my fault for not explaining it correctly. How many ways are there to explaining the juicer is not juicing the lemon? I'm OCD and so am always very clear about the steps I've taken to get the results I've gotten, including what I've done to troubleshoot. But again, this ISN'T a complicated appliance and it doesn't take someone who's OCD to explain it stopped juicing. After finally grasping the juicer wasn't juicing she requested a video. Sure, no problem. The response to my video floored me. Because I'd removed one part to show a small interior piece that had broken (that they tried to tell me the juice would work without), they tried to say it was my fault the juicer wasn't working, because I'd removed the part. Are you kidding me? They seriously couldn't grasp that I'd removed it, ON CAMERA, to further explain where the small broken piece had come from? I replied explaining the piece had only been removed for explanatory purposes and then replaced. In response they copied and pasted their previous response, blaming me. I then took several other videos, showing me both removing, then replacing the part. I show the part on, then placing the other parts of the juicer in place, then "juicing" the lemons. No response. I resent the videos. No response. I then sent the video again, this time as a new email instead as part of the previous thread. No response. It's quite obvious that this company has zero intent to give decent customer service. Nor do they apparently stand behind their products. So here I am with a $100 juicer that didn't even work for a year. But do this company care? NOT ONE SINGLE BIT! I can't even get any help from the extended warranty that I bought, because they keep telling me it's still covered under its original manufacturer's warranty. Gotta love the many ways consumers get no help from anyone. So my advice is to run, not walk, as far away from this product as fast as you can. Buy a manual juicer if need be. But DON'T buy this. Because if you ever need help, because it's not working properly, you'll be on your own. And out $100 to boot!
