Reliable, Waterproof, and Looks Great – Perfect for Marine Use!
I used the DaierTek 12V Waterproof Round Rocker Switches to wire up a Minn Kota heading sensor on my boat, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. These switches are exactly what I was looking for—compact, durable, and totally weatherproof. The install was straightforward, and the 3-pin design made wiring clean and efficient. The blue LED illumination looks sharp and makes it easy to tell when the switch is active, even in low light. It adds a professional touch to the control panel without being overly bright or distracting. Most importantly, it’s UL listed and built to handle the marine environment. The switches feel solid when toggled—no flimsy or cheap action here. I’ve got a few extras from the 5-pack that I plan to use for future upgrades on my boat and RV. SWITCH LIGHT ON WITH LOAD SWITCHED ON , ONLY. OTHERWISE SWITCH LIGHT OFF.
The switches are nice and I like them. No Instructions at all, period.• + is Positive 12 volt if DC and GND symbol is negative(-) if 12volt DC. “A” (Accessory / Load): When switch to ON = + Output to your Accessories/ Device (light, motor, etc.) . Connect both Load negative = GND= (-) and battery all together. Then light in switch will light when load or Accessory is on ONLY. In otherwords the switch light will NOT light unless load is switched on. THIS IS THE SWITCH VARIANT FUNCTION I RECEIVED.

Check wire size.
Could be brighter. Red may be better. Make sure 12 gauge wire used on circuit otherwise won't light.

These switches are working good so far, used a few in my ATV for lights. They are easy to install and light up when turned on. There is a rubber seal to protect them from water getting inside the switch and corroding.
