Worked well
As opposed to previous one which failed to work (made loud clicking noise when inserted in printer). The help from HP was pathetic, so I returned it !

Take it out plug it in - recycle the old one.
It was easy to unpack and install, and the printer recognised it. The old cartridge can be sent off for recycling in the same packaging.

Not Genuine Product
I ordered this product thinking that it’s the original HP toner, but when it arrived and I inserted the toner into the printer, the printer wouldn’t accept it and states that it’s not a genuine toner. When I requested for a return, they refunded the money but I didn’t needed to return the item. I am surprised as this toner costed £210 and they refunded the money without having to take the return. It makes me think that something is wrong here.

Tried to use other manufacturers toner, but the HP update has negated this reference the chip inside the toner that is Identified by the printer software.Still trying to find an alternative to the HP toner that works. Any help would be useful and save lots of people loads of money.
