Rancid.
Unfortunately it arrived already rancid. I threw the whole content out. I know it is not easy to maintain freshness when nuts are concerned, but some brands succeed and I was hoping this was one of them.

Great product,,loved it!!
I made a low carb zucchini recipe using this flour and almond flour combined, it was delicious. Only thing I did'nt like was the price. I also made a low carb cornbread with it which was also really good. I've been doing low carb for around 6 months now, and it does work if you don't care to search for recipes and buy flours like hazelnut to bake with once in a while. I bought 2 jars as once and my plan is to enjoy every single ounce of it!

Fresh and tasty hazelnut meal
Well packaged, keeps the ground nuts fresh. The hazelnut flour has a lot of taste. I mixed it with chocolate for my cake recipe and you could taste both. It was perfect. I will definitely buy again.

Great Hazelnut meal
I love this as a breading for fried items like pork chops or cube steaks. So much more flavor than typical products used. This is the product I have bought the last few times and it is perhaps the best. Highly recommended.

Tastes and smells old
It tastes very old and stale, there's no nutty flavor or smell at all. It's just not fresh. I am disappointed 😞 First time I ordered this product and it's definitely the last time.

This is the first time I have ordered this product. Love it! It made its debut in a 6 layer hazelnut tort with chocolate ganache and coffee buttercream. I want to try this in macarons but not sure if the meal is fine enough. Maybe processing with flour?
