The tuna is packed in spring water, but it’s only a few drops worth. Not like getting a can half full of juice. The tuna tastes great. The best. Inexpensive, quick protein snack. I love to make a hard-boiled egg sandwich with one of these. Bit of mayo and pepper and you have a delicious and nutritious breakfast/lunch.
