How many tiles in a pack?

The description says 16 square feet also 4 tiles 25"x25" x3/8". I think package must now be 4 25"x25" tiles. It may have had 6 tiles in the past. At 25x25" it would be 16 square foot plus a little bit.

is the green the teal in the stack of colors or the green pictured in the selection of colors?

The green "looks" teal in the photo - it is actually a grass green! If you order green, do not expect teal.

Do these tiles measure 2' x 2' WITHOUT the border?

Each tile comes with 2 border strips, one for the vertical and one for the horizontal. Without the border, the tile measures 24.5 inches square including the "teeth." The depth of each tooth is 0.75 inch. When 2 tiles are connected together with the borders, the width is actually 49.5 inches. The corners are very slightly rounded, not truly squared.

How would these mats hold up outside with a pull-up machine on them?

These would work great outside. They are very water resistant, I recently had a flood in my basement and these mats received absolutely no damage. They would definitely hold up outside.
