Excellent adhesive. Great sealant. Only down side is curing time; 48 to 72 hours. If you have the time; it's worth the wait.

3M Marine 5200 is very much a marine industry standard -- for a reason. It does what it does very well, but don't order this unless you know exactly what that is. It's a "sealant" that takes a full 48 hours to cure... and once it does cure, congratulations, whatever you used it on better be something you want to stay put forever-ish.It's also a "use it or lose it" $20 tube. Open it -- and consider anything you leave in the tube as toast. You're not just going to stick a nail in the tip like it's RTV and use it later. It's also fussy about how you prep the mating surfaces. Acetone? Perfect. Alcohol? Congrats, it will never set. Never. READ THE LABEL.

Excellent sealant for boats, paddleboards, kayaks, speaker installations, etc. I used it to repair a damaged spot on my SUP where an impact separated the deck from the hull. I used this product and it has been a great repair for a year or so with regular use. This area where I used this product is regularly under water and is used in both fresh water and saltwater regularly.

This is great stuff. It's worth the money to do it right when setting up an outboard engine, so this sealant is just what is needed. I'd buy this product again if needed. Note: it is a little costly.

Best adhesive I know of for sealing and bonding at same time. Cures hard and resilient. It is my go-to if I want it waterproof and securely bonded. If you might have to remove it later without cutting, use 3M 4000. I always get this size, small size tube is way overpriced. It is gooey and gets on every thing so wear gloves and keep mineral spirits solvent handy to remove any smears.

Folks there is a other version that allows for curing in 24 hours, this takes 4-7 days to cure and is quite pliable after initial set. I used on a cracked all-in-one shower pan. I was skeptical for the first 24-48 hours because of the slow cure. Be patient, when it cures it is stronger than steel and has some flex to it - perfect for standing in the shower and not worrying. It created a water tight that will probably last longer than the house itself. Again, if you need something to cure faster, seek out the similar name 3M. This is the real deal!!!

I've used this product 30 years + to glue and seal just about everything that could be glued. On boats cars truck home motocycle RV. If you install something with this don't plan on removing it...ever .I've even glued my sneaker soles back on. But wear gloves l. just don't get it on your hands or its a pain to get off.
