Goodthreads mens Slim-fit Short-sleeve Plaid Poplin Shirt

I ordered one but want 3 of them. This first shirt was a test to check out fitment, materials, stitching, etc. In all respects, I am impressed. A very nice shirt. Stitching is very fine...no sloppy stitches anywhere. Material is just what I want. More importantly it fits perfectly. I am 6', 195lb and Large fits how I want it, similar to other slim fit from JosABank, Banana Republic, Penquin, etc.

Love the good thread line. I own 4 long sleeve and just received two short sleeve. I'm 5'-10 and 165lbs, broad in the shoulders but slim at the waist, people say I'm lucky but it can hard finding shirts that don't have have tailored. Typically I have to find either a large medium or small large to accommodate my shoulders while not fitting like tent at the waist. The Large slim fit fits me perfectly. Enough room thru the shoulders and chest with no ballooning at the waist. It gives a nice semi fitted silhouette, but not the hipster one size to small look.Quality is first rate, every shirt I have fits exactly like the next. Washes up well, minimal shrinkage on low and takes an iron just great. Wish they had more short sleeve options.

I like this shirt, I travel and wanted something more than a t-shirt, but still comfortable in. This fit the bill. I don't really like buttons on the collar, is my only complaint. Not a functional problem, just preference. The shirt didn't wrinkle rolling it to pack in my suitcase. Great material and seems. Fit a little tighter that other shirts in the Goodthreads line, but it is slim-fit.

This shirt is one of his faves for summer - looks nice and very cool. Shirts in this line tend to wrinkle a bit - I got two, and the plaid one wrinkles less and the pinstriped one a bit more, so the fabrication must differ a bit from shirt to shirt. I take them out of the dryer when they're not quite dry, smooth them out by hand and hang them to dry completely. They don't look ironed, but they look good enough to wear. But probably wouldn't wear to a traditional office except on casual days.

This is a great shirt. Good quality so I'm giving 5 stars. I would recommend it. Because of the cut of the shirt it's a tough fit though. Just be sure of what size you are ordering and your body.

I bought the Blue Flower dobby shirt and have worn it once every week for the past 4.5 months. The build quality is great. It still looks and feels new, even with the hard water that we have. But I hate it, and this is why.1. I didn't give much thought to the fine print which says "this weave produces raised threads on the backside of the fabric where the pattern exists". Sounds like it's not a big deal, but it is! What this means is that the flower pattern on the outside looks perfect, while on the inside, there is a big fabric ball behind every single flower pattern. That is many, many fabric balls (maybe 200?) on the inside of your shirt. Cumulatively, they create lots of friction and make the shirt very uncomfortable to wear. I did get used to them a little, but never completely. I hate wearing mine.2. Sizing sucks if you have even a little bit of a belly. I am 6'0", 155 lbs, obviously pretty slender with a little bit of a belly coming up. Pant size 32". I bought a medium. When I wear this shirt, it wraps tight around my belly and shows every curve from the sides and front. Like I said, I hate wearing this shirt.There is a Goodthreads alternative to this which has neither of the 2 problems above. So, this is a fitted shoulder at least for men with broad shoulders. My husband has broad shoulders but an xl would be too big around the waist so he’ll just have to get used to the fitted fit. It is true to size. And length is good. Casual no tucking nice button up. True to color. Washed well and hung dry. It does get wrinkle but steam iron gets that resolved. Recommend. Hubby normally wears large and large fit.

beautiful shirt, am going to buy again but I usually take large and am going to get extra large. The shirt seems well made and i love the color. need one size up
