Love this pasta. Excellent flavor/texture and is so fun to use in recipes.

Bought this pasta to make homemade Spaghetti-Os. Because the Os have a denser texture than what I’m used to, I was surprised by the 15 minute cook time for it to reach al dente. Actually it took 16 minutes to reach the al dente texture my family likes. Be aware that the pasta may not be done to your al dente likeness in 15 minutes. Makes delicious homemade Soaghetti-Os and the balance between the pasta and sauce just perfect. I just bought another bag. A little pricey but it’s imported from Italy. What can I say except you get what you pay for.

This is delicious pasta, needs to be simmered longer in a sauce to get to good al dente but is so good and a wonderful comfort food

Great pasta. Really interesting shape. It's got the fussili thing going on but it's also like a bucattini. The "holey" pasta is shaped into the fussili shape. Great with basil pesto.

Good but overpriced

I thought I was clever making homemade SpaghettiOs, but apparently that’s the first thing anyone thinks when seeing this pasta. Having had it, it’d also be great in pasta salads and soups. It has a wonderful texture and fun mouthfeel, once you get it cooked. It took me over 15 minutes to get it al dente. I was shocked by how long it took! But it turned out great.

Nothing beats pasta put through a bronze die—the texture is perfect. The size of the rings is exactly what I wanted. I maintain at least 15 different pasta shapes at all times, and I’m always trying new ones for new recipes. It’s important to pair the right pasta shape with other ingredients or sauces you’re using. Shipping was fast, and the product was packaged well.

hello i love these little o shaped pasta. they are fresh and quick to heat up for any sort of dishes. they are also hold up in soups. i love the taste. what is great about the texture does not whmp out. they the best for the price,
