First received a cracked unit but quickly got replacement within 2 days. Working fine, very jerky in dual speed mode but very rigid. Vibration travels through your fingers to contacted surface, Good for sensitive area such as head, face, neck & upper back. Must take a break in every 7-8 min for its motor's long life, not allowing it to heat much. Product is sturdy & rigid but not rugged must handle with care.

Plz don't buy it instead of massage it machine pull out your hair from head total headache....worst product waste of money...i want to return it back but no return option available..

The massager was extremely good. I used it every other day on my head and legs myself. It is exactly the same, which is used by the local hair salons.However it did not last long. The wire connected to the device burnt during massage and it stopped working. I saw the melted plastic when I checked closely. Since there is no support, it is just garbage now. I thought of getting it repaired at a local shop, but its a bit scary as I don't want any electric shocks due to faulty repairs.Maybe I will get another one, as it really was awesome as long as it worked.

Light weight so handling is easy and effective

Stopped working within 2 weeks. Very low quality product. Would avoid buying it in future and would strongly suggest others not to buy it.

The product is good but slips out of hand when it is operated on the higher speed.
