Perfect USB3 hub - small, four ports, USB C and USB A connectors (in one - very handy), and it works. If you need a non-powered hub, buy this. I run a second monito and two external SSD drives off this from my laptop, and it all works perfectly.

Handy and useful however some days my computer doesn’t reconise it not sure if that’s computers fault or not

I have a myriad of items to recharge each day, as none of them seem to hold their charge for 24 hours. Having 5 ports, instead of the pitiful two that my laptop provides, makes recharging them so much quicker. You can use one of the ports to add another usb hub, I have another usb hub with four ports, and I can do the whole lot in about 15 minutes. This is reliable, and does not reduce charging time for items. I can recommend it.

With limited USB sockets on a 24” iMac some means of expansion is required. This mounts neatly and securely to the lower part of the screen for easy access, and is consistent the Apple styling, however it does detract for the totally clean lines of the iMac. Additionally, if you are likely to require numerous cables plugged in all the time, the tangle is likely to become unsightly. You might be better buying a simpler USB extension box and tuck it away at the back or below desk level. Upon further reflection, this approach would have suited me better. No technical complaints about the product, it has functioned as perfectly as specified.

This is a hub for connecting devices, but not for charging your devices.

I really like it , be honest my husband a taxi driver , so he really need it.
