Works well.
It works. I went from struggling to get 4 or 5 hours of sleep a night to getting 7 to 8 hours of restful sleep. Wake up feeling rested, not groggy. I have recommended it to friends.

I prefer the original MidNite tablets.
These do not work as well as the original MidNite dissolving tablets even though they have more melatonin. These gummies have a bit of a bitter taste.
