Began taking these a few weeks ago in our trying to conceive stages. So far I have not noticed anything different, but I will say there is no after taste. I struggle with taking pills and I can take both of them at one time. No side effects as of yet. I struggle with fatigue from hypothyroidism, and can't say this has brought me any more energy. But we'll see if taking it for a full month will do anything. :)

Wow! love these. I tried ritual and another DHA/EPA supplement and they both gave me horrible fish burps which are disgusting at anytime in your life but especially when you are pregnant. I take these at dinner and haven't had any weird burps. Pills are super easy to swallow and don't taste or smell like anything. I do suggest putting in your fridge as soon as you open and keeping them in the fridge. I am switching to another company post partum that is liquid because it has higher EPA & DHA and I want to be taking a specific amount after birth. But really happy with these while pregnant because they are so easy and no smell/taste.

I have tried multiple prenatals that were not working for me. My biggest concern is having prenatals that don’t have that dreaded fish after taste which so many claim they don’t but in fact they do or an awful cover up smell. I bought these with little hopes since I have been through at least four different brands at this point and these are finally it!! No smell. No fish tastes. Easy for me to get down (yes they are big pills but all prenatals are) I was so amazed I wanted to cry! Pregnancy is hard enough and prenatals shouldn’t be added to that list. Finally I found ones that work for me!

They are great, It has alot of goodness in them. I take 1 capsule a day, instead of 2, because i take a multivitamin tablet with them which also includes Vitamin D %100. So i lower the dosage into half dose, both for vitamins and this. That way i get 50% vitamin D from this product and 50% vitamin D from multivitamin tablets. I also eat a healthy diet, so this dosage is enough to support me. Everybodies metabolism is different, so see how it fits for you.
