I have just reordered this Chocolate Complan nutritional drink, I found it delicious, not too sweet, it is easy to prepare as it comes in sachets and I have found my energy levels improved with this meal supplement drink. Very tasty, like chocolate milkshake. Ideal if off food

Great price for how many you get. Definitely better than buying them in the supermarket. A little powdery but I actually like that. Chocolate is definitely the best flavour as well, no where near as sickly sweet as the others. I mainly have a complan when I don’t have the energy to eat (usually in the morning) and though I wouldn’t say they fill me up or increase my energy level I like that I’m getting at least some goodness.
