Sta Tru Black Shimano Deore M590 8-9-10 Speed Cassette Hub Rear Wheel (26X1.5-Inch)

I only did a short test ride, so I cannot say much about durability etc. But so far this is a great replacement for the 26" wheel of an old mountain bike. Transferred 8 cassette and tire over, straight forward job. True out of the box. Runs great, looks great. Running a 2.15 tire on it, a little tight fit but within specs and doable.

Bought to replace a 700 c wheel on my recumbent trike, so I could use my 26" tires. Worked right out of the box. 90% straight. 4 stars because it was $20 to have a LBS true it up. Still a good value. Would buy again. Bearings were lubricated and installed correctly. Ended up moving it forward about 8 mm to keep the chain from rubbing on the frame when shifting up or down. Works as good as expected.

Had to get trued but a very nice wheel

I thought I have made a mistake ordering this as I did not notice the item description; described as Bolt-on axle. When the item arrived, it was actually QR axle (9mm). I hope the description is corrected, so as not to cause confusion.

Reasonably true, better/upscale shimano hub, a good value. Note, no rim strip included.

This is a solid rear wheel and arrived perfectly true. I also bought the front wheel and my bike rides like a (very fast) dream!

wheel came in very true and has stayed that way for quite a few miles now, and I weigh about 230 pounds so it takes a fair amount of stress, although I mostly ride on sidewalks and streets. Very happy with it.

It's fn great... The rim I received was so tru I think of I had tried to make adjustments I would just end up messing it up... Hub is nice too
