decreased and satisfied 70% after 1 night of all the soreness/uncomfortable feeling ...
A week or two before my RAD roller arrived, I was suffering pain with the knots on my Right shoulder blade. It was shooting pain and numbness, due to the new sitting position at my new desk, plus I carried heavy backpack on a trip. The RAD works wonder, decreased and satisfied 70% after 1 night of all the soreness/uncomfortable feeling the knots created. I use it every other day (just because timing is not allowed for everyday), after 2 weeks, most of my knots are gone. I'm 95% back to normal, well, it'll take time since I work everyday. Although, I don't know if other people can take the pain as much as I can, because it hurts really bad when you use RAD on the knots, but I loveeee that pain lol. You don't feel the different right after but give it a night, you'll feel better the next morning, The best position works for me is to sit on my bed and place the RAD vertically between my shoulder blade and the wall and keep roll back n forward or push on the knots, whatever it takes. My bed has one side against the wall so it's perfect in this case. PS: for long hair people, make sure tight all your hair up, because the RAD is a great hair puller >[ Enjoy !

My favorite tool for myofascial release and a stiff, arthritic upper spine
My bodyworker husband has just about every tool and gadget for myofascial release and massage that's been invented, and so far I like this one the best. I have a lot of arthritic symptoms in my back and a lot of locked up muscles, stuck ribs, you name it. I prefer these over the blue because they are slightly more forgiving, and very helpful for loosening stuck joints in my mid/upper back especially. A quick roll or a longer session, both help. I've also used them on a sticky, cushier yoga mat to sort of lean my first and second ribs into while laying down, especially as close to the top of the first rib as I can get, almost on top of traps because first ribs are always stuck and traps always rock hard, and a major headache inducer. I position it so that there is one ball I'm really leaning into, the other one is out from under me but turned so that they don't roll, and it's almost like I'm sitting and someone is pushing down on top of my trapezius muscle if that make sense. That second ball keeps it from rolling, and I can leverage my body weight for more pressure with more relaxation of that area than I would be able to with my fingers or a Theracane. If I'm patient, usually enough to feel the muscles and fascia gradually releasing. My husband likes these for his low back. With my lumbar disc issues, all these tools are too aggressive. Great for my upper back, though.

High Quality and Perfect Firmness
I found it worked well for neck massage (occipital ridge). It wasn't so hard that hurt; it was just firm enough for the right amount of pressure.

Too hard
This was supposed to be soft. Don’t know what I was expecting, but these are still very hard. Was also hoping for the “V” to fit on either side of my spine, but I felt like the balls were too close together. Returned.

Great for rolling after exercise to stretch tight muscles and tendons.
I use the RAD roller after teaching a spinning class. It helps release tight IT band and my shoulder blades more specifically my upper back and shoulder blades.

Great Product
Recommended by my physical therapist last year after a neck injury. The product itself does exactly what it says it does. I particularly like that I can center it on my spine and it focuses the pressure around my spine while moving up and down, which helped in my range of motion exercises after getting hurt. It has held up really well over the last year with no noticeable marks or breaking or anything of the sort. I would definitely recommend using it for massage/recovery purposes as it can be used pretty much on any body part you'd like to roll out. I would absolutely buy again.

Very Useful for back stretches!
I love this! Whenever my back or shoulders feels tight I use this in my stretches and fascial releases. Keep in mind that when using this against a wall it may not stay straight as you go up and down. This thing is definitely better for back rolling than a tennis ball though. I would highly recommend!

I love my RAD Roller
I love my RAD Roller! Thanks to my chiropractor for the recommendation I now have another tool to use for my in home self-care.The RAD roller really gets into those tight spots and releases the tension and knots. I use the RAD roller in conjunction with foam rolling several times a day and have felt amazing results (relief) in a short time. So easy to use and when you find that nagging spot and relax into it the tension melts away. I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase. Give those old tennis balls to your dog and buy the RAD Roller today!

Buon materiale, scivola bene lungo qualsiasi pavimento. Efficace per il massaggio dei muscoli tra le scapole. Ho comprato sia la versione soft (verde) sia quella medium (blu). Non ho trovato tuttavia particolari differenze; per questo motivo non do le 5 stelline. In ogni caso, soddisfatto dell'acquisto.

Amazing piece of Kit but why no protective bag like the hard version ?
