This is my go-to pan to place steaks to brine in the fridge and I use it to bake meat and salmon in the oven (without the silicone pad) which works very well. Sturdy, durable and functional for cooking. Doesn't warp in the oven, easy to clean.

Item shipped right away and arrived on time with 2-day shipping. The original product received was slightly damaged sitting transit so that the screen did not sit in the resting pan correctly. A return and subsequent exchange was made the day after and a replacement pan was received a day later. The new pan was in mint condition and I am very happy with it. I use it as it is stated, for rating steaks, filets, strips, and other meats before and after cooking. Fantastic product. But, the breast thing about this product is the vendor who reached out to me personally and apologized for the damaged pan which was not even their fault. They offered to refund me and send me a larger version of the pan free of charge. That was a very gracious gesture off the vendor. I am extremely happy with the pan (and vendor). I look forward to trying other products in the future. 5 stars!

This pan is heavy and made of quality material. It has been a lifesaver for baking larger batches of bacon. Bacon comes out much more crispy due to the grease dripping below. It is also easy to clean.

All components are great. My only minor complaint is the grid doesn’t quite fit perfectly inside the pan.

I thought it was going to be larger, it does not hold a cowboy steak, otherwise the meat cooks evenly and it has done it's job!

Works great for us. It’s small so it can handle a beef roast or small roasting chicken.

I never knew I needed this. Dry brining before cooking is changing my opinion on how I cook and season. Good quality and is now a staple in my prep work

I liked the mat with a picture of a Cow on it, showing all the different cuts of meat. Perfect size for a piece of Steak to Rest on. The instructions on how to perfectly cook a Steak are useful. I am now going to purchase the larger size to Rest a Joint of meat.
