Aside from Amazon initially sending the wrong item, the proper product was sent out quickly. The product, "EasyDrain Ref. 545 Dishwasher Drain Connector" is a very efficient piece of plumbing, quite brilliant, it should work perfectly for the cramped sink area it will be going in. Build quality/materials seem to be just as good as what can be found from plumbing supply places for this type of under-sink plumbing. Expect years and years of service out of it but tempted to buy another to have on hand in the future should it be needed and should it stop being made.

Quality item. Design flaw: Since the dishwasher piping takes up some of the space of the main drain of the fitting, you have to operate your garbarge disposal carefully. I usually give it 2-3 short bursts, then full power. If you do not follow this pattern, your waste will jump up into sink #2, then clear out. I do like it using this fitting better than connecting the dishwasher discharge hose to the garbage disposal. Unless you use your dishwasher very often some of the waste can stay in the discharge/disposal connection area and then create a bad smell.

Did not fit with standard sink pvc. All joints leaked. Not as sturdy plastic as standard pvc parts.

When I ordered I expected this could be connected between the 2 sink drains with the dishwasher drain connection on top. Instead, one of the 1-1/2" connections must be connected directly to a sink drain, and the dw connection ends up at the side (see photo). There is a baffle inside so that the dw drain water doesn't shoot back into one of the sinks, so that's a plus. Otherwise, if I had it to do over I would look for a different tee.

I can't find this at Home Depot and it worked out great!

In older houses, the drain stub out is often higher than in modern homes. I wanted to put a dishwasher in and could not use the normal Y tailpiece for the DW drain tube. This was a perfect solution. I looked everywhere and could not find this but knew it had to exist. Thanks Amazon for carrying a somewhat obscure item.
