Nonstick Hard Anodized 9.5-inch 24cm Crepe Griddle Pan

Great crepe pan! Non stick and handle stays cool in use. Light weight also. Great quality pan.

This pan is exactly what I'd been looking for. It's nonstick and low sides make it perfect for making Icelandic and Norwegian pancakes, omelets, scrambled and fried eggs. The weight of this pan is balanced and washes clean in just a few seconds. The pan is itself is thick and sturdy but I make sure to let the pan cool down naturally after each use to ensure the surface doesn't buckle or become raised in the center. It hasn't scratched but I usually use silicone covered cooking tools. I definitely will recommend this pan to friends and family. It is a great value for a well made product.

Works great for tortillas as well.

This seems to be a very nice pan, but the company is not upfront that the non-stick coating is not "ceramic"--rather it is made with PTFE and PFAS, which I only learned by writing to them. This is not the pan to buy if you are trying to avoid teflon-like products.

I bought this pan exclusively to cook pancakes, and it does a really great job. That's all I use it for, but i feel it would do well for eggs, bacon, etc. Very easy to clean since it's non-stick material. I follow the directions, heating it up slowly which is best for most metal pans, and letting it cool a little before washing. It didn't take any effort in cleaning since my pancakes haven't stuck! I do use a few drops of oil or butter though, but it looks like you don't have to. The pancakes actually slide around when moved and i always use silicone cookware on it.

British "pancakes" are in fact "skinny" - same as crepes. I wanted a good pan for "pancakes" and this Cooks is a perfect number. That includes a perfect weight and balance. It's a joy to use and so easy to clean. It of course now gets used for other great "fry-ups". Excellent pan.

This griddle is the right size for cooking for two. Used for fried eggs, grilled cheese sandwiches, pancakes and more. Sturdy yet lightweight and very easy to clean. The handle stays cool, no potholder needed. Excellent value for the price.

There is a bulge in the middle of the pan that will interfere with the frying
