Is this from the uk or other countries ?

I've been ordering and reordering these products for many months now and there is nothing to suggest that they are anything other than British. The company is British and as my hairdresser uses same products, they seem entirely the same to use. My hairdresser buys straight from Milkshake.

Is this and the shampoo good for very dry heat damaged hair?

Yes it's the best shampoo and conditioner for dry hair. Highly recommended.
