I've been taking this exact vitamin supplement for over 15 years and it it the most complete and bioavailable vitamin, mineral, whole food product and I trust it. It's a great value and I'm sure I've avoided many colds and bugs going around because of it. I choose prevention over doctor bills!

My wife and I have been taking Pipingrock supplements for years. Originally you could only order directly from them on their website so shipping costs were added on and it would take 3 or 4 days before we would get them. So we were excited when they began selling on Amazon. I switched to piping rock a long time ago when GNC started diluting their mega vitamins and selling all the minerals separately to make more profit. Piping rock sells I higher potency vitamin for less $ and they are made in the USA. I will always be a loyal piping rock customer. The smell and taste and neon pee just goes along with taking a high potency vitamin, if that bothers you I'd recommend going back to the weak gummies. We take two a day of the men's and women's but we take them separately to prevent a temporary upset stomach when taking them on an empty stomach. They do recommend taking them with food which also prevents that.

Like the one pill a day formula. Mega potency where I want. Seems like good product.

In terms of strength & breadth of ingredients, blows away brands A/B/C/ etc. A little more expensive than alternatives, but much greater value.

Be careful, you can choke on one of those pills, and you have to take two a day. Plus, they smell rotten, they're disgusting. And finally, the doses are very low; if they don't kill you, they won't do much for you. Couldn't they have made just one capsule a day, smaller, and without that awful smell?

I am 60 years old, been taking this since 55 ... I don't know if it's psychosomatic, I seem to feel weaker after I stop taking this for a week. Anyway, I'll keep taking this, good price for what it claims to be.
