Worked for what I needed. I had purchased the cruise tag holders, but they came with a wire ring. I had read reviews where the wire ring would catch on your luggage, so ordered these tag loops to secure the cruise tags, and they worked perfect.

They look exactly like what I expected. They just arrived and I haven’t taken them from the package yet. Answers to your other questions come with actual use that tests them. No chance for that yet. What I want to use with them hasn’t arrived yet.
