The light is blue in color and perfectly subdued for the nigh time. It is not very bright on the eyes.The directionality of the light is also towards the floor and does not cause brightness on the bed. Perfect for a night lamp.

It is designed for EU socket, but does NOT fit
It does not goes into the EU round socket since the spacing in the two pin does not match. This one needs to be a little more wider.I had to use an adapter to use this. Totally the opposite for what I thought I will be using.
