Great for Short-term Rentals!
We use this in our short-term rental shower's. It smells nice, cleans well, and leaves skin soft. We haven't had any complaints. We started with using Dove products in the Despensers, but this is much more cost effective, and the consistency allows the product to easily pass thru the Despensers.

This company is AMAZING
This is a great every day shampoo it’s got a someone neutral ocean smell. I have a huge family so I like the quantity size and price value. Two of the family members have curly hair and two have thinner hair. It worked for all of our hair types.

Doesn't work and smells terrible
Admittedly, we are a household of people with thick, curly hair, but even using 3 times the usual amount this stuff seems to have no ability to help with softening, moisturizing, and detangling. It also smells terrible - like cheap perfumey nonsense you'd find in a cheap motel. Wish I hadn't tried to save $ buying the giant size!

it has a smell similar to some cough syrup but it's not that bad
The media could not be loaded. If you don't want knots in your hair, it can work a bit, but if you're looking for hydration at the ends, I don't recommend it.
