The Hard Hat: 21 Ways to Be a Great Teammate (Jon Gordon)

From the start this book pulls you in and can't put it down. As a manager and former lacrosse player this book really spoke to me. Jon Gordon does a great job sharing George's life and impact on those around him. This is not your standard leadership/teammate book with standard lesson and rationale; it stands a lone and had a much more profound impact than any other leadership book I've read. The stories really allow you to appreciate how much George's actions, effort, humility, and consistency made a genuine impact on those around him. Best part is you can take those lessons/stories and refine/apply it to your own style

This book is a wonderful tribute and teaching tool. I know that I will read this book over and over in order to remind myself what being a leader and teammate is truly about.

Well written, very interesting and inspirational. I have ordered more of John Gordon's books after reading the Hard Hat.

This book really is inspiring and I think all student athletes should read this. It made me want to put 100% into everything that I do and has inspired me to be a better teammate.

Love this book it is great Jon Gordon material, as usual! Powerful story about being a great teammate. This is the story of the legacy a great teammate left that is still impacting people's lives. Full of practical ways to implement being a great teammate!
