This has been a Godsend. After a solid week of awful neck pain, I bought this and what a difference it has made. The pain in my neck and the numbness in my fingers have improved vastly.As a word of caution, inflate this gradually over a couple of days. If you do it all at once it is quite uncomfortable.

Edit: I received a replacement item after my original purchase stopped holding air properly. The new one has been great. Just as good as the pervious one, but none of the issues. For the pain I have in my neck, it's the only item I've been able to depend on relieving the pressure in my neck.The item worked decently for about a month. It stop holding air after that.

This device does relieve some of the pain from my neck, not as much as I expected, BUT, my neck is having Cervical Fusion of 2-7 and possibly 8 in a couple months. You can sleep with this on and it gives possibilities for more comfortable rest, less burning, I think anyway. This can be used anywhere anytime, even driving it doesn’t bother me. The cushion is very well made and seems it will last a very long time and is simple to put on and use.

The media could not be loaded. Worked good when it worked I used it for a few days when I bought it stored it somewhere where it shouldn’t have any reason to get damaged and when I tried using it again it won’t hold air. I tried tightening the little knob that traps the air by the pump more and that did nothing I tried trapping the air with the little ball in the upper part of the tube and air still escaped and that only left one thing the air was escaping from the tubes that hold the air around the neck. I pumped air in again and listened and I can hear air escaping from within the neck area I’ve used it maybe 4 days at most and not even that high of a pressure maybe I got some old tubes or defective product idk but sure wish it was working right now. I can’t see any damage so it’s something that happened in the interior

I have four herniated discs in my neck from a car accident. Outside of an epidural- this is the only thing that brings relief at a much lower cost and way more convenience

Works well for the neck cervical pain but as directed by physician should be used for minimal time only.

Does the job but not one size fits all. 22in neck is a little bit too much for the Velcro straps. Get a little uncomfortable. But it works.

There is effect when I used it to step neck.function well, It makes me sleep well after I used it! but my husband not fit to his neck. he feel chuck!😂. he is the one who really need it
