I ran out for a few days after taking for months. I immediately noticed a difference. It works! Less frequent visits to the bathroom and less urgency.

Quality control has fallen
I've been taking this for awhile now, 3 or so years. it's been great, only problem is, the last 2 or 3 orders, there have a few" broken " capsules. Three or four. The capsules seems to come apart leaving loose powder and less doses. Its kind of annoying. But great produce.

WAY less night time bathroom trips
I use these with Saw Palmetto so I don't know if it's just these or the combination or just the Saw Palmetto, but im very happy with the results! WAY less bathroom trips at night after about a week of use. Getting a full night's sleep now with no bathroom interruptions and it's great!

Good price, questionable affect
The product came in nice packaging, everything was as expected. However, I noticed little affect from use of the supplement. Might just have been my personal experience, but while I have no complaint, I can't speak to any positive change to prostate health or activity. However, it's reasonably priced, so if you have issue, it's simple and cheap enough to be worth trying!

This is the one
This is the only Pygeum that i have found after the Swason got rid of their old formula that works. You know it works because you will feel the effect it has on your libado…This is expensive but does what i need it to do.

It really works. My husband has been using prostate support for more than 2 years, but one month ago he started to combine it with pygeum and there has been a noticeable improvement.
