I decided to chose this one over the regular 30L mainly because of looks and what a choice. The product looks stunning. The finish and the build quality is really good. I have been using INALSA products since years and they never broke my trust. Product build: 9/10 quality of heating: 10/10 Ease in using: 10/10 The only thing I didn't like in this is the missing skewers. The normal 30L model has special grills for hanging skewers and also come along with 4 SS Skewers which is missing here. You either have to keep your food(e.g. paneer tikka) directly on grill or you can search for a seperate grill which comes with the skewer arrangement. Other than that, absolutely amazing product. Made Pizza, Lasagna, Nan Khatai, Cookies....Very Happy.

Product is Good, but didn't recieve the mentioned Hand gloves with OTG

Considering the Eating Habits of my kids, It was decided by us to buy a Oven. This Product was offered in Deal of the Day by Amazon at a very good price point as compared to other Brands. As I am already using the Food Processor of INALSA from past 10 Years and I am satisfied with the Quality of INALSA products and the service that INALSA is providing to me from last many Years, So I decided to go with this INALSA OTG, Before Buying this product, I was surprised that every negative Review that I had seen in the Review section say that the product is small, but here the Brand has clearly mentioned that the product is of 10 Ltr Capacity so this was not a point of worry for me to not to purchase this product as I am having a family size of 4 peoples. And this product is of enough size as per my family size Requirement. Now about my experience, this Product was received 3 Days back, Product was Received in Good Packagiing. The product looks cool in its Black Color. Recipes that I had tried till date is Baking Cake, Pizza and Burger Making & Paneer Tikka. As I am vegetarian I had not tried making Non-Veg Dishes, So I can’t comment if it is best for Non-Veg Dishes also. A medium size pizza can easily fit in this OTG Recommend to preheat before going ahead for Cooking. Cord Size is Enough to reach my Schocket. 60 Mins Timer with Stay On Function Given and up to 250 degree Temperature setting is Given in the Product you can set any as per your Requirement. 2 Heating Elements are given on the Top and 2 at the bottom for Equivalent Heat from all around. Overall, I would say Product Performance is best.

The product is value for money. Technician manoj singh was very helpful to instruct with the in and out of the product.

Working very well but it is small in size. It is sufficient for 2 people

Pros: 1. Size is pretty decent. 2. Heating is regulated. 3. Both the trays are pretty useful, the glove is not the best, but does the job. 4. Bottom opens up, making it easy to clean up. 5. Manuals are useful and must read for first use. 6. Inalsa service seems pretty good, as I’ve already got 2 calls from them about any installation assistance. (I hadn’t received the product till first call) Cons: 1. Bottom rod roasts much quicker than the upper rod. 2. The body is made of thin material, the outer body heats up really quickly, though this does makes the otg lite weighted..
