I purchased these for additional emergency water storage that would fit neatly in my garage space. I received these a few days after ordering and the kit came exactly as described and in perfect shape. All of the small kit items such as the lids, spigot, water treatment drops, strap wrench and instructions were nicely packaged in a zip loc bag. The four 5 gallon jugs appear to be very sturdy and durable, but I only give 4 stars for now. I can update these after an Arizona summer. The lids were all anti-tamper allowing you to tell if the lids were opened at a later time. The strap wrench made it easy to tighten the lids for storage. The kit also came with an additional lid for the spigot. NOTE: You will need to drill out the lid for the spigot. After reading through the instructions provided with the kit, I washed and sanitized the four 5 gallon jugs and allowed them to dry. Once filled I used the treatment drops as directed, tightened the lids and stacked them in the garage. Very easy product to set up and the moving is pretty easy with the integrated handle. Just remember full with water these things weigh approx 40 lbs. NOTE: The air vents on the jugs are NOT drilled out. I left mine this way to keep the jugs a little more air tight. When you are ready to use the jugs you will need to puncture the air vent to allow the jugs to drain easily. All in all I recommend the 20 gallon emergency water kit.

Know what your water needs are. What I wanted was two gallons per day per person for my wife and me for a week. We have a hot tub that would provide water for bathing, washing dishes, flushing toilets, etc. The containers themselves inspire confidence - - rugged and well made. Everything you need is supplied in the kit. In our low-lying area, it happens occasionally that water mains are compromised during floods and have to be repaired and flushed. During those times, water is either unavailable or must be boiled/treated to be potable. This set provides some peace of mind.

These are good, stackable. Fit under my workbench, useful shape for storage. None of the water storage is cheap. These were best I could find for the price at the time. I will buy several more in near future.

These appear to be good storage units for water. Each container Hold 5 gallons. Came with the chemicals to treat water. I like them because they stack together for easy storage. They come with a water spout to attach to a container when you put it on its side, then can easily dispense water into a glass or cup. Only 4 stars because these containers are brand new, so I do not know how they last over time. To date no leaks and I have 4 of them. If they hold for at least a year, ill get more.

Holy fantastic. Jug arrived not smelling of anything (most plastic stuff like this has an awful off-gassing smell), high quality but missing the spigot & wrench thing. So I called the company's customer support number (dreading the upcoming experience)...when after 2 rings, an English-speaking woman from Utah answers and within 2 minutes she processed mailing me the missing pieces. It was awesome - I'll order from this company any day.

Excellent is what this is. When I first received the water tanks I contacted customer service with questions about the lid and spigot. They were professional and contacted me back within hours. Excellent customer service. We bought these as an alternative to the clear water tanks which we attempted to purchase, but had leaks so we could not use. I was concerned at first that we could not see the amount of water in the tanks, but my fears were alleviated at first use. We could easily gauge how much water there was by the feel. The spicot worked well and everyone including elderly and children in our party was able to use it. This thing is durable. It traveled well and when being brought to the table was dropped. No big deal. It took it like a professional and works beautifully. I love that one tank can store water while the other can be used with the spigot. I love the shape. It's stackable and actually a pleasant size; even when stacked one on top of the other. The food grade item is a must have. Just excellent. No leaks with these.

I ordered the 6 pack of 5 gallon jugs to have a total of 30 gallons when filled. Timely arrival in good condition. Containers are sturdy and durable and stackable. Caps fit securely. The 5 gallon size is heavy when filled, but manageable. Most adults would not be able to carry one any distance without some kind of assistance. The pour spouts and tightening clamp are nice to have for future use. The solution bottles and instructions should be improved. It says to mix 7 drops of each together and wait several minutes before adding to the water in the jug. The solution bottles are very hard to squeeze and drops come out in different sizes. THERE WAS A LOT OF SOLUTION LEFT OVER, EVEN THO THE INSTRUCTIONS SAID THE AMOUNT PROVIDED WAS FOR TREATING 30 GALLONS. Days after I filled my jugs, I read some where else to mix 1 teaspoon of each solution together. That would have been easier and more accurate.

I ordered two sets of the 5 gallon water tanks and I couldn't be happier. They stack perfectly in my garage and are very compact. I did have an issue and I reached out to Legacy Food Storage, spoke with Amy, and she was very pleasant. She quickly resolved the issue that day! Top notch product and customer service. I wish all companies had a customer service department like Legacy.
