Macadamia & Coconut Keto Granola

I tried a few Keto granolas before this one but this is the best. The reason is that it has no artificial flavourings in and isn't dominated by cinnamon like most are. Mixed with full fat yogurt this is all you need for a crunchy carb like fix but with just nuts and seed. It is very dry on it's own and has to be mixed with something like yogurt but when it is it is lovely. Both wife and I are addicted and buy a 3 pack per month. The bags are very thin plastic so we decant them into a plastic cereal tub on arrival. Expensive but high quality.

I bought two of these different varieties Pecan & Almond & Macadamia & Coconut Right now I’m on the pecan & almond, Oh my Oh my, how delicious this is, if you are watching your carbs for one reason or another, the 30g portion sounds small and looks small, but let me tell you it is so filling, I take mine with home made Kefir in the morning, I don’t feel hungry until the afternoon around lunch time.. I can’t wait to taste the macadamia & coconut. These Keto Granola’s are a bit pricey, I hope at some time they will come down in price so that I can buy it in bulk load! but for now I will stick to my purchase of 2 bags, it’s good to know I’ve got it in the cupboard 100% I would recommend this Granola not just for the taste but it’s health benefits too, it’s jam packed with nutrients.

I was having a laugh at some of the reviews that say it's not sweet enough. If you are used to eating a lot of sugar or artificial sweeteners then it's maybe not for you but as a long time low carber this has plenty flavour, the coconut, macadamia and cinnamon definitely come through. Its 31g serving so 10 servings to a bag which doesn't look much in the bowl but when mixed with a full fat greek yoghurt or double cream is filling enough and ver low GI/GL. I worked out the cost of three packs = 30 servings and it comes to 58p so for those who say it is expensive I would ask what they are comparing it to? The ingredients such as macadamia are not cheap to begin with, try making your own and see what that costs. I am not affiliated to the company in any way and this is an independent review.

The product is really good. The price is expensive in my opinion, so much so that this is a treat to eat on weekends. . The price per kilo is really high and I would not buy this again due to the price of it. Hence why its only three stars

This is a granola mix made up entirely from seeds and nuts and it is a good balance between the various types. The recommended 31g serving at 193 calories and 3-2 carbs is very small as the macadamia nuts especially weigh heavy but it shows how important portion control is. Bland to begin with but Tasty enough with almond milk added. It will be good having a quick alternative to bacon eggs and avocado - my normal breakfasts! It’s also a handy healthy snack. Quite expensive as you could make this up yourself. But in reality you’d need to buy a lot of different seeds etc to get the same combination and they’d go off long before you could eat them. Will buy again and also I will be trying their other bags in the range. Cranberry or the apricot one next.

As I'm trying to cut out bread, glutinous grains etc, I thought I'd try a Keto granola as a topping on my daily fruit & yoghurt, and after swallowing hard, I opted for this brand. What a rip off; I took one look at the ingredients and could have bought every ingredient and mixed it myself for a fraction of the price. What a mug I've been to think that here would be anything special about a Keto granola. Save your money, choose the ingredients your fancy, stick them in a bow, mix and enjoy!! It really isn't rocket science, but it is a con! 1 star because I'm not allowed to give any less to leave a review.

Really nice granola for those on a low-carb/keto diet. Barely more than 1g net carbs per serving. I add a tablespoon of milled flax or hemp seeds, some Greek yogurt or double cream, and a few berries and for a great breakfast or lunch. Yeah, it’s not cheap but, then, 60-70p per day isn’t exorbitant.

Breakfast seems the hardest meal of the day on a low carb diet. This granola hits the spot perfectly. The 31g recommended portion size is small but adequate and it feels so good knowing the carbs are minimal. I enjoyed it as is, straight out of the pack with a little milk which is great for someone who needs an instant hit first thing in the morning. But I can salso ee lots of ways to vary the dish - for example by adding yoghurt, fresh fruit, chia pudding etc. This will have a permanent place in my cupboard, thanks Maria Lucia. The LCHF market is hungry for good products so can we have more please!

La verdad un gran producto un sabor muy bueno y lleno de ingredientes de calidad, tiene un toque de canela que le va muy bien y es muy rico, me sorprendió mucho y muy contenta con la compra

Mein Mann muss auf Grund von Diabetes sich zuckararm ernähren und daraufhin habe ich dieses Produkt ausprobiert! Es macht auf jeden Fall Lage satt, wenn man es zusammen mit Haferflocken mischt. Es schmeckt sehr lecker und ist auch gesund! Die Lieferzeit war wie immer sehr schnell!

Auch dieses Müsli ist ausgesprochen lecker, wie schon die andere Keto-Müsli-Sorte aus diesem kleinen Online-Shop. Es schmeckt nussig ausgewogen und quillt sogar etwas auf mit Flüssigkeit, was sehr angenehm, aber bei solchen Nuss/Körner-Mischungen nicht oft der Fall ist. Klar hat es seinen Preis, aber so ist das nun mal mit gesunder Ernährung. Billiger ist nur selber mischen.
