Excellent Beans. Not Mushy
Thes beans are very tasty and tender. Soak overnight in baking soda, rinse, boil, then simmer for 4 hours.

Just what I expected from this brand
The bags are heavy duty and easily handled the 4 lb content. The taste is good. I will likely can since I ordered 8 lbs. Will surely order again. The price was excellent too.

Good food staple even if you got a rough month you won't starve
With groceries at $100 a bag or at least it seems like it beans and rice are good staples to keep in the house too much of these starchy products will cause weight gain but with me everything causes weight gain so there's always food in the refrigerator if you have beans and rice

A Pleasure To Sort Through Beans!
I buy A LOT of beans for pressure cooking in an effort to eat healthy. So what I write may sound silly but it's a big deal to me as an older person: These beans are absolutely beautiful compared to other brands I've used. Before cooking, I sort through the beans for rocks & questionable looking beans. With the variety of Iberia beans they are very good looking beans and I only throw out a small amount each time. The pleasure is in quick sorting for me to get to the pressure cooker faster. With other brand beans, on average, I throw out a cup of beans just to cook two cups of beans. Thanks for excellent quality Iberia!!
