Fondant Letter Cutter

LOVE! Used for a cheese message. A hit! Very fun and easy to use. I'm not certain the set wasn't used. The boards arrived kind of ew. But I didn't have time to replace so I washed well. Initially I was wishing the stamps came apart so I could wash better, but then realized they do! I'm not entirely sure they are meant to be disassembled as you have to reset the springs, but it makes me feel better knowing I'm not leaving bacteria in the press. Some of the letters (e) are a little harder to clean because product gets embedded in tiny crevices on outside of letter. Needed a wire to remove cheese on those. No regrets buying these. I'm looking for an excuse to use them again. Really fun.

I'd recommend.d every cake decorator have a set of these . They are quality , easy to use and makes it's much easier to cut out fondant letters or numbers.

I ordered these letters because they are smaller than the ones on the base. Having the plunger makes for an easy release. I would recommend these to other bakers for sure!

Smaller than what I thought. Easy to use and you really have to get a toothpick or a small detail brush to clean them good. Quality is okay, I do feel like they they won't last long but we will see.

Work great. Nice clean cuts and easy to eject. Great product overall. No cons.

If you are not dumb like I was, then this product is perfect. When I first tried to cut out a letter from a slice of cheese, I placed the cutter on top, pushed down on the blue button and.... nothing. Tried again. Tore the cheese. Thought the problem was the cheese thickness and tried with a thicker slice. Nope. Tried a harder cheese. Nope nope. I thought this was a piece of garbage product until.... Eureka! You actually push down on the white lip that surrounds the cutter, and that's what actually cuts through the cheese (or cookie dough), and then you only use the blue button after you've cut to push the slice out from the cutter. D'UH!!! Once I figured that out it was super easy to cut through. I do recommend a slightly thicker slice (like a #3 or #4 on the deli slicer) and nothing too soft (Havarti, cheddar, Jack, Gouda are all good). Cleans up easily. Really adds fun to your presentation. So, just don't be dumb like me and you'll love these cutters!

Some part is broken. I fixed it and hope it will work the next time I use it.I'm talking about the spring that is coming out from the inside of the letter.

I bought the alphabet molds to use on clay, and I used it with no problem. It is a lot of fun, easy to use and letters come out perfectly even on clay, so I suppose for cookies dough hey should be fantastic. I am already planning new clay projects with a whole set of letters. A good purchase

These letters cut out fondant so easily. I wish I had them years ago. I will be looking for a larger size font.

I love love love this product.

I got these for my wife to decorate charcuterie boards and tables with custom text. She uses them on sliced cheese and these go through easily and cut cleanly. A couple of the pieces came with the spring and plunger separated but I managed to get them together and they work fine. She also tried on sliced meat and they didn’t cut quite as easily but she did get it to go through with slow, consistent pressure being applied. The font is really fun and looks great, everyone has loved their custom text! In the photo, for scale, the hot sauce bottle is approximately 3.5 tall. These letters are pretty small but perfect for what she needed.
