Yes you can with a flat mounting plate (adhesive pad on the bottom) and two short straps either side to hold it.

I wouldn't trust the CE mark you see. The difference between Conformité Européenne and China Export symbols is so miniscule, it's almost impossible to distinguish when the symbol is very small. In Chinese Export, the C and E are close to each other.
