All the products will have at least 8 months shelf-life, but are more than safe to be eaten for a further 2 months after.

Hi there, We have just updated the Mixed Energy Bar Pack from a 7 bar pack to an 8 bar pack & are just in the process of updating the Amazon description. The 8 flavours are; Classico, Ciocco, Di Bosco, Pronto, Avanti, Forza, Zenzero & Mocha.

Q: How many calories per bar? i'm doing my dofe and am looking for high calorie foods, as i'll be burning more than 4000 calories a day every day
