Is this the best shaving brush out there in your opinion?

I would say definitely in the top 5. Best brush i have used personally. Use it all the time with a good quality shave cream. Creates such a good lather i can barely see through it. Fantastic brush and looks great.

Where is this brush manufactured?

I have no idea but cruelty free is the criterion for me and this brush contains no animal products.

Can anyone please advice what's the diameter of the handle? I understand that the wooden body is approx 3.5 but what about the narrowest point?

Narrowest point is about 2.5 cms. This is a very high quality brush and I can fully recommend it
