Toshiba 49UL5A63DB 49-Inch Smart 4K Ultra-HD HDR LED WiFi TV with Freeview Play - Black/Silver (2019 Model) [Energy Class A+]

Tv came really quickly but upon opening the box the screen was broken got onto amazon and they arrange a pick up and a new tv was sent the next day the tv itself is amazing great picture and sound and for the money its amazing the only thing is the remote isn't the best remote but i don't really use the remote as my sky remote controls my tv as well..

The TV has a great design and the image is really good. However, we can see some backlight areas on the screen when the color is black.The biggest issue that I have, which is the most annoying part, is the Smart TV navigation:- The TV crashes randomly when using any App. Unplugging and replugging is necessary in these cases- The navigation is insanely laggy, and sometimes you need to wait up to 5 seconds to move to an item from another- You cannot change the source easily and changing sources depends on what you're currently doing. (ie: if on netflix, you need to exit netflix, which can take up to 30 seconds with all the lag and then change source)- Freeview Play is almost not usable. Insanely laggy and doesn't load much, even with a 200mbps internet connexionCompared to any other TV models on this price range (and below), this TV is not a great deal. If there was a software fix it would fare much better, but the issues mentioned above are extremely irritating

49" model: 49UL5A63DB.The screen resolution is good.Smart features are decent, could be snappier.Sound is impressive for the size. Note this isn't by any means a "thin" tv.UI is pretty good but again, the processor could be snappier.Wish the remote supported voice search or integrated with a voice assistant.For the price, there's not much else out there on the market.

Initially value for money, however, doesn't come up to the standards of other smart TV's out there. Thought I was getting a bargain, but the downsides outweigh the good. Screen reflection, limited access to catch-up, casting is hit and miss. etc. etc.Not as good as our other TV sets in other rooms........RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING

The tv have a bit lag and it's a bit thicker for a 2019 model, that's the reasons I don't like and I regret that I buy it but anything else its perfect.The bluetooth its awesome because I connect my soundbar, I had Sony bravia and Samsung and they didn't both recognize the soundbar anyway its okay for the price

Best picture quality just hate the app store. It’s the worst. Really crappy apps especially for a smart tv. Wish all Tv came with Google Play at least

The TV is good quality I bought it as a gift and I'm told its very easy to learn. This coming from a person who hasn't got a lot of experience with technology so that's a pro. However while I set up the TV I felt as if the remote felt cheap and flimsy but that is only my personal opinion. Overall the TV was geat

The Tv arrived safe and in good time , However , should not be marketed as a 'Smart Tv' as the ability to be used as such is poor to non functional ,The play back using wifi (b.t fibre internet , 6 feet away) hangs and buffers constantly !It has no Scart socket , for Xbox etc.The 2 USB ports do not recognise any of our 5 external devices when plugged in.The picture is only good if you sit directly in front of the screen , slightly to one side and the image looks blurred .It was to replace a Plazma tv that the screen died and then the sound , but did work perfectly otherwise .Perhaps buying a Toshiba assembled in Turkey from budget components and poor software , is my mistake , this product is only a tv at best and is not fit for function nor ornament , the best thing about this product is the remote ! , Amazon have been 100% helpful with the return etc , and their staff are more than helpful .
