Yes, they could be used in those polishing machines. They are decent size stones.

Does anyone know which number on the gems correspond to which card? Wanted to give these away as a party favor but include the matching info card

The numbers don’t correlate to the stone and card. I wrote the numbers down as my kids did them and they didn’t correlate. As they opened them we found the card to match. Hope that helps.

Would one of these blocks fit inside a fillable plastic Easter egg?

No they’re pretty big. I’d say 2” x 2” maybe even 2” x 3” blocks. The stones are really nice and look great once they’re washed off.
