Parts missing-had been installed
The part came in an opened box, a screw was missing from the bonnet, a fitting was missing from the backflow preventer, and someone had installed a pipe fitting in the regulator. (Had the furnace not been down-I would have asked for a replacement.) I hope it lasts!
