You don't need a disk, just go to the Logitech website. do a Google search on Logitech driver downloads and look up the name of your WebCam. You can download the drivers for it from their website

can you control ptz over skype and facebook voice chat? Can this connect with usb or is it only wireless?

You will have to have the Logitech controller software open at the same time, but yes it can be controlled when using Skype and Facebook. This camera is only USB. It is not a wireless camera. Hope this helps.
