The Phizz Electrolyte and Multivitamin Tablets are a genuinely useful supplement to have around, whether for hydration, recovery or general wellbeing. I tend to keep a few tubes on hand - one at home, one at the office and one in my travel bag - as they’re excellent for staying hydrated on flights or during long days on the move. They dissolve quickly, have a clean, pleasant flavour (without the chalky aftertaste some similar products leave), and contain a well-balanced mix of electrolytes, vitamins and minerals. I’ve used them after the gym, on hot days and even following the occasional night out, and they always help me feel noticeably better hydrated and more energised. Each tube contains a generous number of tablets, which last well, and the packaging is compact enough to throw in a bag or suitcase. I have found that a little moisture can sometimes get into a tube, but that’s most likely from my own handling rather than any fault with the product. Overall, they’re convenient, effective and great value given their versatility.

I get these to help with my migraines. Unlike other electrolytes they dissolve quickly, don't taste powdery and are actually pleasant to drink. Good value in my opinion.

I really like these electrolytes. They are very berry flavour and don’t have a weird taste like some others have. The only downside is I think they are expensive if you don’t get them on a deal. Dissolves easily.

Taste nice and a healthier option than energy drinks.

Do the job, cheaper than better known brands - feel an energy spike which is good, nice range of vitamins. The taste however is a bit yak compared to Berocca or other big brands.

I started using these mainly to stay on top of hydration, and they’ve been a really easy addition to my routine. They dissolve quickly in water and taste quite nice without being overly sweet. The flavour is refreshing rather than artificial, which makes it easier to drink regularly, especially if you’re not great at getting enough fluids in during the day. What I like most is how convenient they are. You just drop one into water and you’ve got something that feels a bit more purposeful than plain water, especially after a workout or on busy days when you feel a bit run down. I did notice I felt a bit more refreshed and less sluggish when using them consistently, particularly in the afternoons. It’s not anything extreme, but definitely a noticeable boost. They’re also low calorie and suitable for different diets, which is a nice bonus if you’re trying to be mindful of what you’re consuming. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the flavour might not be strong enough for everyone, especially if you prefer something sweeter. Overall, they’re a simple, convenient way to support hydration and get a bit of an extra boost during the day without much effort.

I use these electrolytes daily and they are cheaper on Amazon than anywhere else £3 cheaper than my local supermarket. They are a lovely flavour and if you are active, if you drink lots of water then these are essential, they really make a difference to your performance and wellbeing. I wouldn’t be without these
