I've had a few corded Dremels, and they always seem to get relegated to a dusty corner. I actually use this one. Why? It's convenient. The battery lasts forever, too. (Not literally forever, of course, but far longer than I anticipated it would.) Biggest downside is that it uses micro USB rather than USB-C, but that's just whiny on my part. I might also prefer a dial to the slider for speed selection. I put a keyless chuck on it, so swapping bits is a breeze. I've used it for everything from porting an engine to removing a callus on my foot. I didn't expect it when I bought it, but it's been one of my best all-round useful tool purchase. My die grinder and angle grinders see less action because this smaller tool is convenient and can often step up. It's a bit big to fit the "EDC" category, but definitely one to toss in the top drawer of a tool cabinet.

Primarily use these for smoothing clay figures and as a nail grinder for my dogs.Pros- small, fast charging, variable speeds depending on your needs, comfortable design, lower noise level for scared dogs. Good price compared to dog branded grindersCons- low battery life, accessories included are limited so you’ll need to get more.Overall good purchase, would recommend if your dogs are scared of the normal nail grinders as it’s a bit quieter and faster so reduces the amount of time they’re stressed. Nails come out smoother and less sharp compared to a clipper and less chance that you’ll get their quick, I have not had any issues with it and it hasn’t gotten to overheat

Works VERY well!I use this for my 70 pound dog, his nails have always been a hassle to trim due to his size and his nails are all black. Using a trimmer that cuts the nail off is very hard and usually too much is takin off leading to him bleeding.Getting this nail grinder has helped SO much, not only is it extremely fast but now we have no more accidents with too much nail coming off.It’s very heavy duty and has some nice weight to itI don’t think this grinder will be breaking ANY time soon, so for what I payed it was definitely worth it for the qualityThere’s a few different vibration levels as well, for my 70lb dog and his rock hard nails I only ever use the 2nd levelIt’s fast and gets the job doneI could easily see level one being used for smaller dogs!I also love all the bits the come with the grinder! Granted I probably won’t ever use them but I think it’s a cool addition for hose looking to use the grinder for other things!Definitely get your values worth for money

It’s a strong grinder and serves its uses. The only thing that’s an issue would be that the power switch would become loose. Which causes the grinder to not turn off completely sometimes.An example would be either needing to hold the switch down for a couple of seconds to get it to turn off completely (which isn’t a problem). But the problem lies at, since the power switch is loose, the grinder would just turn on automatically even when not using. Leading to the battery exhausting itself.I bought the Asurion 3 Year Protection plan with it. Just so you know, the protection plan only covers for just ONE replacement. I got a replacement but after maybe 3 months after, same power switch issue happened. So I had to buy a completely new one. Crossing my fingers that the issue doesn’t arise again.
